Resellers in the rest of SA must please return items with the Post Office counter-to-counter service. For larger parcels rather use normal post and not Speed Services Please include a fault report. Goods will not be sent back to suppliers without a fault report
Please note that it takes up to a week when we receive your item/s at the supplier depending on what needs to be done. If the supplier cannot fix the item they need to do a swop out and that could take some time. We will update you in the case of this.
